I am not entirely informed about it so please take my comments with a grain of salt, I like the idea, however, the only thing that worries me, for lack of a better word, is the amount of satellites being deployed not only by him but by other companies wanting to do similar things, AFAIK we already have too much space junk in orbit, and on top of that, adding such amount of stuff into orbit, I do not know if its beneficial or what the the effects will be on the long run. Again, please take this with a grain of salt.

Hello user 37518,

My family and I are organic farmers and very green, so we appreciate and have reflected upon this exact notion. To understand, we are already on Xplornet Satalite Internet which has oversold their towers localling making their service a waste of money, but also the use of their satalite. All this after Xplorenet received a $25,000,000 Gov. grant to provide our rural area with adequite internet. Its a shame, but their service is simply a dis-service.

When we first looked into Starlink and the Space X program it was BECAUSE we see Elom Musk being in the position to curate a way to clean up the space trash and providing a better service. We already love tesla and his solar powered roofing panels. He is a business person of course, but very green and positive about change.

Be Well :)

I am not a specialist either, but I know the two major complaints made regarding this satellite train are the risks of collision and the luminous pollution, which has already been experienced by astronomers.
