I have these for sale in the BM but thought folks might like to see what I had to see, pretty fine assemblage of transformers. I guess proto focusrite wanted toroids to drive long lines or sommat

Nice one, we call this toroid output transformers "pumpkin". It would take some simple measurements to find out what the core is, bigger problem is of course finding out how they "separated" windings. Local winder does line out toroids for 15-20eur without separating windings, making them go to only 20kHz this way...

Beautiful unit ! Thanks for sharing the pictures... The magic is "just" Lundahl 1538, NE5532 and chunky output xfrmr then ? I am amazed.
