Here is a picture of the cap and schematic to help id what to use to replace them.

Just typical film caps?

I'm not sure from the photo but they look like paper-in-oil caps.  If so, test for leakage and leave them in there if they are ok.  If they are another type and/or leaky, a good quality film cap would be fine.
 
Yeah those almost never go bad, unless visibly leaking oil.  High $$$ audiophile cap there!

Some of them are kinda squeezed looking so I thought they may be bad.
 
yeah they look that way in both of the ones I've restored, they were all good though. 
 
Thanks. Is this the same one the OP is working on?

I’d forgotten the reference to a 600:600 input into PP grids. I guess the small amount of added noise is okay to avoid the voltage step up of a traditional 600:60-80k in this case?
