hello.
I'm John. been lurking here for a while, but probably time to say hello. I make music and run a small festival in stockholm. I also do live sound and concert recording here — more often than not with video in recent times.
I started off DIY'ing some modular synth stuff before starting to get more into expanding the studio side of things. have built the GSSL, AMLs Pultec kits and a pair of Banzai's KM84 clones. Have 10 populated channels of Studer 169 eqs and Harrison ford filters awaiting their cases from Frank at frontpanels.de at the moment.
Gyraf G7 is next on the list.
great to see so much knowledge assembled here. hope I can contribute back in some fashion at some point!
