No, they're not. If i remember correctly the center of the pots is 1mm farther from the panel's edge than the switches center

That is so annoying but I guess 1mm is not enough to worry about.

Well, if it is important to have the centers aligned you can  partially inserì the switches until they align with the pots and then solder them in place, not very elegante but can work
