Help build my U67 clone? Ideally in Los Angeles

Hi, i ordered all of the parts to build the U67 clone from vintage pcb. I have reviewed the build guide MANY times now and every time my sense of anxiety grows. Is there anyone who is great at building mics that can give me a rough estimate?
