Hi all

As a Studer owner (but analogue, and most 70') I look at the "market" each week .
And i'm amazed to see a Vista for 15K !!!

First time I'm tempted to buy digital mixer...

Anyway I won't, but how is that possible?

Of course I'm not affiliated with this sale or whatever.

Made in PRC? For a few yrs now Studers have been populated in PRC and the final plugging together taking place in the EU. As of now Studer and Soundcraft will be assembled and soldered in Hungary. It transpires that it is now cheaper than PRC. The wonderful lady I work with went to Hungary to train them to do it, after she knew her Uk job was being terminated... Soundcraft UK had 2000 employees at one point. Football teams, social clubs  - a full community. Still, look on the bright side: if you're based in Hertfordshire and looking to make mixing consoles there are plenty of people with the right skills...about 2,000 of them...
