My name is Kelly, I'm a mastering engineer from Los Angeles, but I've been hidden away in my studio in the jungle for the past 10 years. I grew up playing drums and eventually got into session work, recording, production, etc.

In the 90s I worked as a tech for SSL during the 9k J series rollout. After that I got into studio design/integration for 7 or 8 years. I used to build custom gear for clients, but nothin too fancy. Started mastering music full time in 05, and discovered it was very much "my thing".

Lately, I've been coming up with some ideas for gear that I wish existed... stumbled onto this site in the process of doing research, and it seems like an awesome community. I'm hoping to contribute in any way I can.
