hi, I had a bm 800 mic and a 15 dollars phantom power.

i saw opic circuit and made a opic curcuit on vero board with a jli2555b capsule

but it's sound is very low

i can not buy an audio inface right now, because that costs more than 100 dollars. i already bought opa1642 and jli2555b capsule

is there anyway to increase sound 20 dB in that circuit

With maybe 3-5V powering the mic, you won't be getting much (level) out of it anyway, I'm afraid...
I interpreted the original posting as saying he has one of those cheap separate phantom power adapters, which usually can do 48v.

That raises the question of whether it's connected correctly.

i can assure you, it's connected correctly, it sounds good (better than bm800) but it's just the sound that is low, something i did not expected while making it
i can increase sound in laptop but it also increases noise

Thank you for your information. Can you tell me a circuit that can amplify like this, like it has a gain controller.

I am sorry my english is not good.
I feel sad after spending ~50 dollars (mostly on shipping).

That is a symmetric output circuit, but a laptop input is single ended, not differential.
How is the XLR output from the phantom power supply connected to the 3.5mm plug
That cheap phantom power uses a 18v 600ma adapter to power itself.
It has 1 male and 1 female xlr port (i don't know how to discribe)
Now,
From the mic xlr connects to phantom power then from the phantom power another xlr to 3.5mm jack connects to laptop/phone.
I will attach a photo similar to it.

I bought a ugreen usb soundcard https://eu.ugreen.com/collections/sound-card/products/ugreen-usb-to-3-5mm-headphone-audio-adapter thinking it can amplify audio but it does not.

Is the laptop input a line level input (aux)?; are you sure the jack you're using is for a microphone?

As far as Macs go, they've only ever had line level audio inputs; you need a mic pre between a mic and a Mac line in, or an interface between mic and USB.

Used a 3.5mm to usb sound card but it's still the same.

Buying a used one (for a lot less money) is not an option..?
I am thinking before i buy a used one see what i can do to amplify it. Because people here won't really in to mics and stuff. Even if try getting a used one It's ganna cost around 80 dollars or so.
So i was thinking what i can do without that.

There's diyperks usb-c mic that has similar setup, he uses 5v to 15+ 15- and power the opamp and 5v to power a usb audio device that alone costs 20 without shipping. Plus it seems more complicated to me.
Anyway, he uses THAT opamp and he created a gain controller.

So i was thinking if there is anyway to amplify sound in this Opic or opa alice circuit more than it already has.

I am sorry if i misunderstood, i provably couldn’t explain it correctly.

Why (still) usb-to-3.5mm?
You mean 3.5mm to usb? Because thats the setup i use.
Cause i have xlr to 3.5mm from phantom power output. Don't know what else i can do.

Can you suggest any other peramp that has more gain? Anything that will work with 48v phantom power.
Thanks
