I readed in:

"The Output Stage is somewhat unconventional in that a totem pole or double cathode follower is used......."
What mean that?.....I figured the schematic by inspection and found a rare output circuit topology, look likes the lower triode(see the last page for schematic please) provide DC stabilizacion for the DC voltage of the catode of the upper triode, but how the lower triode is polarizated?......How this a double follower circuit?
