How to read caps

So all this talk of cap upgrades got me thinking about upgrading some caps in my MXL V67 just for shits and giggles. But what do the codes mean on the little caps?

For instance, one cap that is inline with the capsule is labeled

35

Does that mean 6.8uf at 35v?
