Hi

is there a "short cut", easy way, to roughly estimate the impedance of the audio circuit? Even though i have some idea what it is, and having checked a few formulas associated with this subject, i still have no idea how to quickly estimate given circuits impedance...Any help greatly appreciated...

Thanks for the replay,
If i understood well the question: solid state,
IC and discrete, preamps, compressors and EQS, with and without transformers, I'd like to experiment with various inputs/outputs
for the things i make. Is it possible to measure impedance with DM somehow? I've looked for the Thevenin's theorem, read it before (will many times more)...Is it using it the only way to determine impedance of the circuit in order to connect it to other circuit ? Hope I'm not completely missing the point..Sorry I'm this thick...
