dc in red,

ac in blu and purple,

notice the primitive  germanium 2N306 used before the driver so we can call the amp 'transistorized" in the ad,
of course this one was shot, emitting a weird waveform into the driver, we used an old school Motorola 2N3440 can type for retro looks and a 250 volt V-ce as well as 1amp I-c with a sufficient hfe,

varistors used in the patented vibrato, 6073 pwr tubes, tv set tube for reverb driver, (6DR7)

this amp had 6EU7's instead of the 12AX7 preamps, so it was probably a transistion model,

notice the .047 filter cap on the end of the 150K, this was not acceptable as vibrato shake was bleedingi nto the signal so we put a 20/450 in there,

now if someone could explain the patennted pitch shifting vibtaro my life would be complete!

here is a print for the output transformer that was fried in this amp, don't know if it was the original as the rivets were gone and it was bolted in, but it does seem to work pretty good for the 6973 tubes,

it sits right between the pwr tubes and is also close to the rectifier so it gets a real bakedown, so we used a double Nomex 410 wrapper and some fiberglass tape over that plus urethane spar varnish,
