I can lock this thread (maybe I will) but in my experience such posters can just resurface in another thread. That said microphone discussions seem to go off the rails more often than other topics.

For the members reporting this post for moderation, that feature is only to report rule breaking. https://groupdiy.com/threads/groupdiy-rules-read-before-posting-in-any-of-the-forums.6650/

Maybe try to ignore posters that don't seem valuable.

Well, there is Rule # 6, which seems to be a continual problem for this poster:
"Use the search function (thoroughly) before posting. It's possible your question may have already been answered by knowledgeable members that have been generous with their time. A tremendous wealth of knowledge is actively updated and compiled in the "Meta" threads--take advantage of them."

I looked at the OP's YouTube channel they linked to in a previous thread and... it's iffy "blackpill" stuff, with literally dozens of views of the videos I looked at.

I don't feel particularly motivated to address their issues so that they can reach more people with videos about how everything sucks and we would all be better off dead.

Some of their videos sound rather whiny because they're rather whiny. The mic is not the source of the whininess.
