Mundorf Capacitor Markings

Question about the markings on Mundorf MCAP MKP capacitors. I have 2 (see picture). On the labels after the capacitance, one says - 22 and the other says -21. I think these are supposed to be measurements, but the one that says -22 is smaller.

Looking for a replacement but it looks like Mundorf only makes .1 uf as 10mm x 19 mm. So maybe the - 22 means something else?

I can't tell you what that means, but I can add that none of my >20 white Mundorf MCaps (different sizes and capacity) have these numbers printed on them.
