Well it's that time again.
Although there are very few things I want to check out and although I am a free agent at the show might as well talk NAMM stuff.

See anything cool, drop it here.
See any folks out and about, let's hear about it.
Lastly should anyone want to participate in the annual NAMM dinner that is planned for Friday evening, hit me up. It's a good hang away from the show and a big crowd at a place that can accommodate just about any size at moments notice. :)

I will not be attending again...

Namm came and went. It is always good to catch up with old friends and new alike.

As I processs the last few days.

The first of a few things I saw that was cool was "Meterz". Yes that is how it is spelled. It's a retrofit for the old SSL desks but in reality with can go into any desk by simply redoing the metal work. What it is, 8 X LCD screens that are like 1 X 1 or 2 X 2 something small and associated chips and software on a PCB that replace your current meters in a bucket of channels. Even better is you can change the type of meter it is. They currently have 4 types programmed into the system.
