Need help to identify terminal block reference

Hi all,

I need to replace a flat ribbon terminal block which is broken. It comes from a board which is part of an electronic Yamaha hi Hat pad. Can't find any information on the web. I post some photos of it. one part is missing... this is the part that comes to tighten up the flat ribbon cable and clips it on. This is a 17 pin version. The ribbon itself has 6 pins only.
