Need help with crossref

My MCI JH-24 has three P1215E JFETs (p-channel) on each of the 24 output cards as analog switches for selecting between tape (repro), sync, and input as the source.

I can't seem to find this part on the web. The machine also uses P1086's, which are still available. Is the P1086 a suitable sub, or could someone recommend a better direct sub?
