Mnats, do you sell the rotary switch boards (ratio and meter) separately?

No, but I'm sure you can get them from someone who has used pushbutton switches.

My order for rev A boards has postcode listed as 6164, it should be 6009 - my bad  :-[

All orders received to date shipped yesterday.

Mnats, do you sell the rotary switch boards (ratio and meter) separately? I need a pair of each for my stereo build... mine have gotten a little beaten up with all the different wiring and mods I've been trying. I'd like to start fresh now that I've gotten everything sorted out.
I have a pair (revD) that I'll never use - there yours if you want them. PM me.

All orders received to date shipped yesterday.

Ohwell, cheers anyway, i'll see how it goes, i might have to wait a bit longer, but not a problem.

UPD: Boards arrived no problems, but i will get that fixed for future! Cheers Mako!

I will send a replacement set on or before the 2nd of August 2011. Your order shipped the same day as Songguy's above. Something must have happened to those parcels.

Mnats,

I'd like to build a stereo 1176 and i'm not a very experienced Diy'er yet, although i did just finish my first GSSL.
Which revision should i get best?

Hello,
I ordered an 1176 kit on 6/14 from Hairball Audio, but still haven't received the PCB from MNATS.  Should I be concerned?
Hairball Audio directed me to post here. I received a confirmation email from Mako Natsume to my email address: [email protected].

The second line of your confirmation email after the date should have directed you here as well:

"Thanks for your order. Your boards will ship on or before the 17th of June 2011.

If you have any issues or concerns with your order please post to the order
thread: http://www.groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=33604.0"

You were one of three orders that was sent on the same day (see earlier in the thread) none of which have been received.

A replacement set will ship tomorrow.

Hello Mnats,
Today I have received the 1176 and variable+phantom boards.
although the 1176 boards are the usual great standard you always had, I cannot say the same for the variable + phantom.
unfortunately out of 4 boards I have ordered 2 have problems with the pad: they are all too small (maybe not printed correctly by the machine) or something so I have had to scratch the circuit and put more solder to hold the component in place.

Let me know what your thoughts are,
Best,
Mattia.

Though the pad size has been raised before you mentioned that two of the four were okay, so I looked at several and I'm not sure how I missed it before. There were a few which should have been rejected at the factory where the pads appear to have been etched away.

I'll send two more with the next batch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Mnats,

I received the variable + phantom quickly, thanks for the great service. I have an odd question though.. I've built up a few PSU PCBs from here and other places and they have all had a ground pad that I usually tie into star ground... Is it not necessary on yours or am I just a complete newbie and not seeing it/missing something?

Thanks for your help.

The latter.

Sorry, I could not resist going into Peter Purpose mode ;). Please have a look at the schematic and do some external study. Note that there are two completely separate circuits on the one board.

Come back if you have a question specific to the board.

Hi Mako -

I had ordered a set of rev A PCBs through Hairball Audio, Mike had said that I should expect a PSU board if I ordered a set. Well, I just got my boards in yesterday - and all I received was the two main 1176 boards and the two rotary switch boards. No sign of any PSU board. Mike has said that I need to contact you to get this resolved. Please let me know what else I need to provide.

Thanks!

EDIT: Thanks to Mike and Mako for resolving this behind-the-scenes. Much appreciated!

The power supply boards have never been offered inclusive with the purchase of two sets of main boards unless paid for separately. But I'm aware that Mike specifically indicated that you would receive one so we are working behind the scenes to resolve this and a board will be sent to you without any further action required by you.

*Update: your board shipped today.

Hello,
Ordered 4 boards, received 2. They Look great! Wondering if the other 2 were sent separately? Thanks!

From the FAQ linked in the first post of this thread:

"Orders of three or more board sets may ship in separate packages. Packages sent simultaneously may arrive at different times due to the mysteries of the postal system."
