Hi mnats!
I ordered three weeks ago rev j board and that, as your knowledge email, was sent to me on 21st october.
I didn't received anything yet.
Please, can you check if this delay is normal?

Your acknowledgement email said "Your boards will ship on or before the 21st of October 2011." It went out one day before, on the 20th of October 2011.

From the FAQ, linked on the first post of this thread:

"Shipping times vary widely even for the same location. Delivery times are mostly dependent on your local postal service. If you want an idea of how long it would take to reach your locale, search the thread for someone in your area who posted when they ordered and when they received. Australia post quotes 5 to 7 work days to deliver but this is seldom achieved in practice. Parcels sent to Italy can sometimes take up to three MONTHS."

So yes - unfortunately, this is "normal" for Italy.

Do you think I would make this up?

Germany = about three days
Italy = about one to three months

I may have to discontinue shipping there altogether.

from 20th october it took 25 days, 18 working days. not too bad.

Also in the acknowledgment email is this: "In the event
that shipping is delayed, you will receive another email informing you
of the change."

I try my best to keep my commitments in spite of the fact that I don't do this as my main occupation but rather as a service to the DIY community. Your boards shipped on the 27th.

I don't keep track of each country's shipping times. As mentioned in the FAQ linked from the first post this tends to be variable so predictions are impossible. Some parcels get stuck in customs while other sail through. So for now, I would say that the shipping time is "normal" and would suggest waiting for a week or so before posting again.

I have a question... Why c*1 c*2 c*3 and c* are not present in bom? what they do? What's the difference to have them on the board or not?

Thanks very much for posting here. I've been receiving a lot of emailed questions recently a lot of which quote reply asking not to be emailed and to post here instead.

I remember your order specifically because I sometimes get a weird urge to put the address into street view. It looked like such a great place to visit.

Anyway, the boards went out on the day I said they would so they are probably lost. I'll send another set out with the next batch. If by chance you receive the second set just refuse the shipment and they will eventually be returned to me.

All orders received thus far went out yesterday 10 February 2012. Address was correct per your PM aside from line breaks as Paypal Australia dropped HTML support in their notes about a year ago so I have to guess where the name, street and city ends and the next line begins on some foreign addresses...
