The attitude and service is a nightmare. If they screw up, its on you.
On my last order they put the silkscreen on the wrong side, and they won't send me new PCBs.

That's good to know.

They probably don't realize that a few publicized posts in high-profile forums like this, and sparkfun, etc could ruin their reputation and make their order volume drop considerably.

I was thinking about ordering a run of PCBs from a random board house I found on alibaba, but I'm wary about having no recourse if the boards get screwed up.

Guys i have a good source for prototyping pcb's.
Maybe you might know about them they are called Sky Macau in Asia.
But i got quoted for 5 pcbs 500 format only 50$...single layer though.
some others quoted me the same #/desing at 90$.

I dont work for them but hey it worked for me!
So next time you might get a better price and good product.

Most of my designs are single sided anyway, so maybe I'll check it out. Did they do the finished board shape? or did you have to do that part yourself?
