I've heard of some case with auto e-mail as being prove of pre invention, probably you mentioned somewhere.

No I never heard that, but i guess anything can be argued in court. I do recall an old popular myth that you could mail an invention disclosure to yourself, keep it sealed, and use the postmark for date proof, but that is not secure enough.
