I'm working on some utility broadcast boxes and I've seen some other manufacturers using these connectors that are two part.

There's one part that solders to the circuit board, and another part that has a block of screw terminals that you attach to the cabling, and then you can plug this block into the mating terminal block soldered to the PCB.

Look at this:

I'm looking for these, but a search on Mouser for "Phoenix" yields a billion results that don't really seem to show me what I want.

Not quite...

The ones I'm looking for are actually two-part.  There's a cable side that's a screw-terminal block that mates to a connector on the PCB.  It makes wiring stuff up in a rack really easy as you screw-terminate the cable into the block and then snap the block into the device.  I suspect it's significantly cheaper than XLRs/TRS.  I wouldn't be opposed to a screw terminal that you can operate from the rear of a unit, but in the event of a replacement device, it's still much faster to pull the blocks out than it is to unscrew all the cables.

Contact the manufacturer of that box you showed, they could give you the Phoenix part number.
Look up Phoenix on the web and download their catalogue.
Get off your lazy bum!
