Primo: 2SK660?

There was some speculation on another forum some time ago that Primo may have changed the standard FET in their small electrets to 2SK660 - has anyone ever verified that?

I'm getting a few EM200 in the mail at some point (expecting it to be at least another week). I just looked at the photos that @kingkorg took when figuring out how to mod a 204 to a 200, and it doesn't look straightforward to remove the board. If that's not the case, though, glad to get a few high-res closeups of the FET.

Doubt you can disassemble without destroying.

I think kk sacrificed one 'for science'. ; - )

Yup. No way back. I never found out what the fet was.
