Pultec frequency - capacitors

Hi all,
I'm trying to use Gyraf's schematic http://www.gyraf.dk/gy_pd/pultec/pultech.gif
in a simpler version with two low boost frequencies a one boost frequency (I'm bypassing the inductor and Q pot).  I want low frequency values at 80 and 200.  And a hi frequency shelf boost at 4K.  It's shelf because of the noninductor part. 
Any idea what cap values to use for each of these?

defining corner frequencies for this type of filters is not trivial - what exactly do you mean by "hi frequency shelf boost at 4K", for example?

The easiest option would probably to experiment with different value capacitors by successive approximation until you have what you want to hear...
