I've actually got an extra - PM me and I'll send it to you donkey-express USPS-style. Or just go without.
My holes seem to be fine. The pots don't seem to bind at all, although I haven't tried them all. It might be easier to take a little sand paper to the shafts.
I'm trying to figure the order of assembly - I guess I'll complete, test and calibrate 1 channel at a time. Then I can work from one end to the other and try to get my wire lengths right.
It seems that the last thing to go on will be the front panel.
Also, I managed to get some bigger heat-sinks on my regulators and still keep them on the PSU with some creative bending.
I haven't tried an IEC yet as my order got screwed up - should be here tomorrow.
