Sorry I meant to say in the other post that the LM3916 drives 10 L.E.Ds not 20 after the detection circuit.

I'll edit it to the correct value - however, you just have to cascade chips to drive more L.E.Ds.

I drew it up in Protel for 10 L.E.Ds only but couldn't print to PDF so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get it uploaded.
