Hello
I have two ADM 770 modules and I racked them successfully, but I have one issue. They have 7 pin amphenol connector that is supposed to be connected to the slidex fader.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-x-ADM-Slidex-Faders-770-/252389181138

But I don't have any fader, so I want to use rotating pot to control the output volume.

My question is

1. What kind of pot do I need to use?
2. Among  7 pins, which pin should I connect with the pot?

Slidex fader shows
A: Hi In
B: Hi Out
C: Lo Out
D: Not Used
E: Que Out
F: Lo In
H: Case Ground

Thank you for the help in advance.

Hi Tim,
thanks for sharing your notes.

Is it possible you have info on some other ADM modules?

I have a mic pre + aux's, ans an EQ module that I never found the schematics for and I would love to rack them up

thanks

Unfortuntely I have mainly Information about the 770 input module.
I have a barely readable schematic and my notes.
I use the 770 as preamp. The cue pot got to be the new volume slider.
As well I changed the 60dB Pad to 20 dB Pad. Line in
and mic-in is connected both to the same mic in XLR jack.

I attach my bad 770 schematic. If someone has a better one, let me know.
I found a schematic of the 780 , 1540 and 2668 and the discrete
opamp Module of the 770. It is possible to atach only one file though.

Best ,

Tinn

Yes,
Input module is the ADM202.
(LM394 dual Transistor in the input stage)

Thanks, I have also those schematics.
Just never got the ones for my modules, but I have to take some time this winter sit down with all the schemes and maybe there similar circuits in the schematics already available that I can use as a reference to rack mine.

Thanks
