I few months ago I got my hands on a Neumann N20 console frame and a sh*tload of modules which were laying around in a basement for 18 years. The bad thing about it, the owner did f**k up a lot of the wiring.

I did post some links, because I hate resizing!

This is the console just after picking it up, one big dusty mess.

Some of the wiring is still intact though

A partly restored fader connection, Van Damme cable is helping me with supplying all the internal wiring.

The master summing amps (based on the famous V475-2B).

So, if you guys like it, I'm going to post updates to this project once in a while…

Todo:

Global
- Buying a good 24+V powersupply
- Replacing all the XLR connections with new Neutrik parts

Master section
- Make it possible to use sub groups as dual mono
- Adding the phase and RTW meters (Still looking for some danner sized ones).

Mono channel section
- Check and repair 8 mono channels (first 8 are working, need to buy some extra EQ's for them).
- Finding 1 more SKA mono routing module

Stereo channel section
- Finding 8 more W444b STB faders
- Finding (or DIY clone) 8 SKA stereo routing modules

And a lot more stuff of which I haven't thought yet, keep you updated!
