Not a book but a collection of articles: Electronotes, Builder's Guide and Preferred Circuits Collection. You can get them here:

ASM-1 is based on this "book", btw. It's excellent stuff though maybe a bit dated, not much. There are newer opams etc. but basic circuits are still the same.
