I have been reading about the Rode NT-1A.
It seems the self noise of this microphone is very low. (5 dBa).
So: I was interested t see if they did something very special, but I could not find a schematic diagram on the web.
The inside pictures don't look like it is a very special design, but I don't have further information.
Is there anywhere on the web a circuit diagram available?

The NT1A and variants are indeed some of the quietest mikes you can buy, both measured and in practice.  They are fully competitive with the latest FET AKG 414s.

It's a very well implemented large diaphragm mike using the Schoeps circuit including the oscillator for capsule bias.
