I stocked-up on all my go-to drawer emergency parts like relays, transistors, knobs, connectors, etc.  At 50% off the prices are better than mail order.  Project boxes and perf boards not included ;-(

I don't know if this is related but I think I read that RS is closing stores to reduce losses.

Our local rat shack closed last summer.

Funny....one of my first jobs was at a Rat Shack. I counted a lot of flashlight batteries.

Ten years later I was designing some of their stuff!!

It was REALISTIC!
