Hi @micolas I wired up the second transformer and found 328Ω for input & 64Ω for output (Tr not connected)
So I must have made a mistake with the one wich is in the mic : I will look after that...

Ok I changed the wiring (it was wrong in the mic...) and plug it + powered it : no sound at all...

It's a generic scheme, I hope it fits

The original one reads : 50Ω Sec (black + green) & 130Ω Prim (red + white) so my last wiring is good (I've verified twice)

Yes, the primary is wound with thicker wire, it has lower DC resistance

While you're testing, drop the bell shielding the transformer

Are you sure that DC/DC and audio PCB work in the other one as well?

Yes 43v on polarisation board and good voltages on the pattern switch (0 / - 58 / + 58 depends on wich pattern selected)

Put labels on the transformer wires,
or wires of the same color as the original transformer

Open both microphones, simultaneously connected to the Phantom and measure the voltages comparatively

Yes, that seems right.
Make measurements of Voltages in both open microphones, powered simultaneously.
Measure in all points
