Ok I changed the wiring (it was wrong in the mic...) and plug it + powered it : no sound at all...
This is how it is wired (I mean the Monacor), according to Khron's analysis (page 11 / #209)

The original one reads : 50Ω Sec (black + green) & 130Ω Prim (red + white) so my last wiring is good (I've verified twice)
 
Ok this is how it is wired...
yallow and orange are the primary and grey and white (on the left) are secondary

A microphone is stock, unmodified and works.
Are you sure that DC/DC and audio PCB work in the other one as well?
Yes 43v on polarisation board and good voltages on the pattern switch (0 / - 58 / + 58 depends on wich pattern selected)
 
330Ω at yellow & orange (Prim)
61Ω at white & grey (Sec)
I think it's correctly plugged...
