I have been scammed with a Sennheiser MD441 microphone I bought. The bass roll off didn't have any circuit in it !

Sennheiser quoted me £165 to repair it ! Luckily I could purchase a replacement connector + filter assembly from thomann

https://www.thomann.de/gb/sennheiser_umbaukit_mit_basseinsteller.htm?ref=search_rslt_sennheiser+441_199810_4&sid=52da776f84f06a67d0603301a1d6b04f

I had thought the wiring would have been pretty straight forward, then found out the connections are not on solder tabs but on something that look like crimp connectors possibly

I cannot understand what kind of terminals should i get ? I have asked thomann and they cannot help

Please see attached pic

does it mean the newer version has another pcb ?

on the 441s i have seen there are two thin wires from the presence switch going to a small pcb attached to the filter+connector assembly but these were indeed older versions

Now probably SMD...

On this view Left Blue ( bl ) , Mid Black ( SW ) and Right Red ( rt ) , the DIN norm , ( mid pin ground ).

Should be 1 ground , 2 hot ( red ) , 3 cold ( blue ) on the other side.

Its up to you to use pins ( and keep things need ) or direct solder the wires on those terminals ( and burn some plastic... )

thanks a lot for your explanation and picture

i do have a big problem though, that pcb is missing from my microphone, the wires were going straight from presence switch to 3-pin connector

is that pcb just for interconnection or has parts soldered on it ? i cannot remember

On my picture you see 2 older bass-roll-off-assemblies , 1st only for wires , 2nd with pcb and new connection  ( usable for wires and new connector-PCB in mic ) .

In your new connector-bass-roll-off-assembly I suspect SMD-parts...

right everything is making sense now

i have ordered some 1.3mm pins and will try to make this work

there is not much space, the connector sits very close to the presence switch, less than 1mm gap, but if i cut the pins and put some insulation it should work
