any body have an example to such circuit, i mean input that automatically compensate for different levels such as -10, and +4 balanced non balanced etc...

SSM2142, DRV134 etc. -See the application notes for schemos for a 1-chip solution.

Other than that, 3 op-amps in the configuration shown in the app. notes. There was a thread or two about it recently, do a search for SSM2142.
