I have a 4p 24t switch direct from ELMA that I bought a year or two ago. Not super costly, I think about $130 or so. I'm still waiting to create a monitor control unit out of it...
 
Hey 3nity  - It is still in the works - I haven't been able to afford the rest of the parts - But my student loan comes in in the next few days!
