Solved: DIY Passive Monitor Controller: panorama off ???

It is definitely symmetrical which means one channel must be different.  The right certainly looks odd to me.

i found the problem and the solution at the same time. I could easily call myself an absolute *****.. found out that i used unbalanced xlr to 1/4 jacks for years now but only for one of the two channels. that's why the panorama was off and also other gear had shifted panoramas in some situations. I am really glad i found out the cause for this but at the same time this makes me think about what the f**k i did there...  :-\
