Source for 2SK2145 and 2SK3320 parts?

I have done my google-ing, but no luck finding a user friendly outlet. Does anyone know a source for these Toshiba dual transistors, 2SK2145 and 2SK3320? These are the only surviving dual JFETs in their product line.
