AFAIK, those switches were "Dialistat" which have not been manufactured for many years. It seems you are "SOL" unless you find someone with old stock.
In 2016 I had to send a Neve 51 series desk out to pasture because there were no more Dialistat switches available...from the repair stock at the studio or from Neve.
