I like 10 turn pots for infrequent precise set and forget type adjustments.  But not sure I would want them for something frequently adjusted like a usual mixing / mastering EQ.  Could be good for something like a precision notch filter though.

The Cello A80 replacement electronics had multi turn pots with numerical readout. The Studer varispeed units also used them. Other than that I can’t recall seeing them on any pro audio gear.
