• SYT-5 (nickel-plated brass, with engravings for pattern, -10db pad, and HPF + diamond shaped imprint)
• Shockmount
• Wood Box

Some will have the following imperfections:

• slightly off center pattern engravings
• headbasket imperfections, usually at the very top
• Wood box may show signs of splintering
• See photos for examples.

Yes they have the typical rails to mount a PCB like the poctop PCBs... and there is a capsule pedestal and saddle included... the saddle can be removed and replaced with a saddle of your choice if it doesn't fit your specific capsule.

a regular magnet, is not attracted to the grille, only the base of the headbasket, which screws into the capsule mount plate.

I think the higher quality mic designs use brass, being less springy than steel the more damped material may sound better
