I put in a 5Amp fuse and everything holds and is working correctly. Thanks to Cemal for a beautiful piece of equipment. I will finally put this into service this week.

a bit on the high side now,but at least you know the psu is fine,congrats btw!
I'm on 1.6 Amperes,slow blow @ 230vac.
So you might want to go down to the 3 A range or so (don't know your fuse value steps).
Of course next things to check is doing tests under load to see if your dc rails are fused o.k.
But you're definetely on track now,have fun and happy mixing!
