Tape schematics?

Hi guys,

Was wondering if you think it possible to build something similar to the CraneSong HEDD's and it's Pentode/Tape functions?

Not really for the A/D stage, just a unit that does a similar Tape/Pentode thing.

Anyway there has been discussion about tape simulation before. Do a search. I don't think anyone has come up with a DIY tape simulator yet and with the price of 2 tracks being so cheap these days almost better to pick one up and then recycle tape as you are just printint to it as an effect so 1 reel would last, depending on use, a while especially at 15 IPS...

I forget wherewe last left off with that...

Run it through a cassette deck.

Or just roll of some highs in the EQ.........
