Best of luck with all your future projects, I was never able to run a studio "outside" of my house, I could
never have afforded the "rent/rates" in London !!!
I do all the programming/vocals etc here and go out to do any real drums or VERY loud guitars.

As a newbie here I can only say that I have enjoyed your contributions and I wish you well. Fatherhood has been one of the most intensely enjoyable experiences of my life, and I'm sure it will be for you too.
