Transformer choices - Which is best for mics?

I’m about to order some transformers for some mic builds. 47FET, 47 tube, m49 tube etc.

Which brand of transformers is generally regarded as the finest one for microphones? AMI? Moby? Cinemag?

I am located within the US. I suppose ease of availability and lead times are also a factor.

Would love some expert opinions. Thanks!

The way I look at it:
Moby if trying to go completely traditional.
AMI if trying to go experiment a bit and get away from the traditional tube.
Beesneez, Samar, and others if really trying to experiment and do something completely different than traditional.
