The simpler the better and if I were using a single tube, then it would have to be something other than a 12AX7.

R1 and R5 are 1.01M (from measuring them in the unit) although the colour codes indicate for a 2,01m value (Red,Black, Brown,yellow, Red)

I'm pretty sure that R11 is 75r. (Violet, green, black, gold, red)

The other resistors I measured them when I took the photos I found the notes today.
I also measured some voltages at that time.

There's a capacitor connecting the chassis XLR pin to ground.

Hi Whoops, did you ever verify this schematic??  Curious to build one of these myself but it does look od having the grid drive the cathode?

unfortunatly I couldn't verify the schematic yet.

But to be honest I would really like to do this project!!!

I have to see my drawings,
I posted that a long time ago,
Today with more knowledge I think I can do better drawing and trace a schematic.
