I bought a bunch of output tubes the end of February anticipating this would happen. Glad I did. I have a large collection of NOS preamp tubes but sure I’ll run into some problems down the road. It’s a changing world.

We have an option but it wont be minimally operational for at least a year. Canadian made Rogers Vacuum Tubes.

I think as it comes to current production the Russian Reflector plant produces the best tubes out there at a reasonable price point, I always go for the Tung Sol branded tubes, Genalex is also very good but more expensive.


Why do hard working people need punishment for the acts of their politicians ?
This is getting beyond stupid...

Hopefully EHX will move the production elsewhere.

Preferably not in a country run by a kleptodictatorship.

Western Electric is apparently surveying the market to gauge interest in producing new tubes stateside. WE made tubes sounds promising
