Found this at a thrift shop and had to buy because it looks awesome.


Now….can anybody tell me what the heck it’s supposed to do?

It has a pad on the front labled “sensor” and a small speaker on the side as well as some sort of 1/8th Jack.

"Casio 3V" (?)

'Q' could stand for transistors, but there's no socket. Could also stand for circuit resonance; testing inductors?

It’s a quartz watch tester.
It’s a battery level tester.

It’s two, two testers in one!

That thing does look awesome. Stick some randomly flashing LEDs on there and they won’t let you on a plane.
