Why are we so crap at this in the UK ? - RANT !

So ordered a little Mackie Satellite interface to use with my new Macbook pro
portable system.
Has all the I/O I need and the "small bit" is small enough to pop in a pocket
and had balanced I/O and firewire ..... £116 .... All good.

It arrives and has been out of the box ( probably a return ) so has scratches
including one deep one and the nuts around the headphone sockets are both
missing !! ggrrr

So call Dolphin Music ( who have been fine on a few occasions ) to complain
and organize return/delivery tomorrow, they say they will call back.

Don't hear anything and get busy for a few hours.
So i call them back at 4.30 and nothing has been done !
It's now too late to get it sent for tomorrow it will be wednesday !!

That's just shit and I've had a crappy problem witht he new macbook screen too.

Seems to me that when they are taking your money it's all fine and as soon
as there's a "problem" then EVERYTHING is a problem !!
