WTB - HT8950 DIP-18 IC's

Hi guys, I'm having a hell of a time getting my hands on some Holtek HT8950's (voice changer IC, DIP-18 version, not the 16 pin 8950A)

Ordered from two different places months ago now and there's no telling when or if I will ever receive them. I need these for some gifts I built some band buddies. Hoping someone around here may have a few they would be willing to part with. Anyone?

I did come across those guys in my search, was wondering if they were legit, or if they were just another shady scam company like FUTURLEC, who I ordered from originally.
